God’s Goodness

"I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living." — Psalm 27:13 (NIV)

Do you ever find yourself waking up thinking about your problems? Stop right there! That is not the mindset of a child of God. We have to train our minds to expect God’s goodness, not because we’re perfect, but because He is. When you wake up, remind yourself of God’s goodness. He is GOOD and He does GOOD! He isn’t looking for ways to punish you; He’s looking for ways to bless you and show His power through your life. God’s goodness is like a shield—it’s already there, you just have to choose to believe it!

Decree:
God is good and His mercy never ends. I refuse to worry about the future because I know God is already there, working things out for my benefit. Today, I believe for and expect favor, I expect breakthroughs, and I expect to see the goodness of the Lord in every area of my life! Amen
