Healing and Growing

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” — Philippians 1:6 KJV

Listen, just because you’re still struggling doesn’t mean God isn’t working in you! Look at Peter. He denied Jesus, but Jesus didn’t give up on him. In John 21, Jesus restored Peter and gave him a purpose. Peter made a mistake, but his mistake didn’t disqualify him from God’s plan. You may still be learning to trust God, let go of fear, or stop being so hard on yourself. That’s okay! Growth takes time. Sometimes it takes prayer, wise counsel, and a whole lot of grace. Don’t overlook the progress you’re making. Maybe you recognize an old pattern sooner. Maybe you ask for help instead of pretending you’re fine. Maybe you bounce back faster instead of beating yourself up for days. That’s growth, too! Stop expecting yourself to be finished when God is still working on you. Bring your struggles to Jesus, give yourself some grace, and keep taking the next right step. You don’t have to have it all together today. Just keep trusting God, keep growing, and keep moving forward. God isn’t finished with you yet!

Decree:
I trust God to continue His good work in me. I will meet my growing places with honesty, patience, and faith.
I receive help from The Lord and I keep moving forward with Jesus.

Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for meeting me in the places that are unfinished. Give me patience with the process and courage to receive support. When I stumble, teach me to return to You and take the next faithful step. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
