I Choose Gratitude

“This is the day which the Lord has brought about; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”
-Psalm 118:24 AMPC

I WILL NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS DAY. I WILL THANK GOD FOR THIS DAY!

Before you complain about today, remember: You prayed for another day. There was a time when you didn’t know what tomorrow would bring. And now—you are here. You woke up. You have another opportunity. Another chance to love. Another chance to grow. Another chance to believe. Another chance to see God move. Don’t let today’s problems make you forget today’s gift.

Every time you catch yourself saying:
“I don’t have…” Change it to:
“I’m grateful for what I do have.”

Write down 10 things you’re grateful for. Don’t overthink it. Your breath. Your home. Your family. Your body.
Nothing is too small to thank God for.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for today.
Thank You for another opportunity.
Open my eyes to see blessings I have overlooked. Change my focus. Change my words. Change my attitude. Let gratitude become my first response instead of complaining.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Decree:
This is the day the Lord has made, and I choose to rejoice! I let gratitude guide me. I choose to keep my mouth shut rather than speak negative words. Instead, I choose to open my mouth and decree God’s goodness!
